Check-in to hotel or resort. If you want to check in early, contact the resort/hotel you’re staying in to see if there are any available rooms available for early check in

The Meet and greet will be hosted in the President’s suite. Building and room TBA
Saturday, July 13th
7am - 10am
Meeting and Recognition Breakfast
We will be having our general saturday meeting at the Red Lion hotel, which is located approximately 3-5 minutes away from Mystic Dunes (address located below), and about 1-2 minutes away from Westgate
10am - 7pm
Freetime
Enjoy relaxing by the pool, miniature golfing, activities around the resort, relaxing in your spacious suite, or having fun at the amusement park! Take in what Orlando has to offer. Want to know what to do? Click here or click on “Things to do” above
8pm - 11pm
Fellowship Dinner
We will be having a fellowship dinner at the Red Lion hotel. Appetizers will be served, and we will dance the night away!
