Andrew Redd. This sad event occurred on December 25, 2020 at his residence in Rockville, Maryland, United States of America.Deacon J. Andrew Redd was born February 22, 1936, to the union of Elijah Redd and Esther Franklin Redd of Fortsville, Grand Bassa County, Liberia. This union was blessed with five children: Margaret, Elizabeth, J. Andrew, William, and Menwhe.
