When I hear these conversation, then actually witness first hand our brothers and sister talking down on another individual's attempt to establish their own business. I actually witness friends and colleagues telling people to not do business with a fellow African American, and would refer them elsewhere. This leads me to the purpose of this post, which is to encourage family members who have business, non-profits, and other organizations to share their causes with everyone in the Redd Family.
