Andrew Redd. This sad event occurred on December 25, 2020 at his residence in Rockville, Maryland, United States of America.Deacon J. Andrew Redd was born February 22, 1936, to the union of Elijah Redd and Esther Franklin Redd of Fortsville, Grand Bassa County, Liberia. This union was blessed with five children: Margaret, Elizabeth, J. Andrew, William, and Menwhe. She was surrounded by her children and cousin, Jannie Reeves.  Victoria is the daughter of Ambrose Redd and Kamah Krangar. She was born in New Cess, Grand Bassa County, Liberia on June 25,1932. She was predeceased by her parents, two sons, Robert Brisbane, Alexander Potter and all of her siblings.
